Meet Amy


I founded Novalife Fitness in 2001 to provide Issaquah and Sammamish area residents with unique group fusion fitness and customized personal training programs that strive to unite the mind, body, and spirit through exercise and meditation. I have always known that I wanted to make a positive difference in the lives of others. My life-long passion for health and fitness led me to become a certified Hatha yoga, Iyengar yoga, and pilates mat work instructor, as well as a personal trainer and a martial arts Black Belt. It is my dream to inspire and motivate people to live a full and healthy life and to cultivate the deepest connection possible with themselves in all aspects – physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

My journey as a fitness instructor, combined with my field of study in Community and Social Psychology, helps me get a clear understanding of my students’ fitness needs and define customized fusion workouts that provide them with visible results, in a safe and comfortable environment.
